Change over-day is Saturday, arrivals from 4.30 pm, although if you're travelling with children, we'll do our utmost to make this earlier, and departures by 10 am.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by e-mail or by post within 2 weeks of receiving your deposit. The balance in full must be received 6 weeks prior to your holiday date although we are happy to accept late bookings, and week-end breaks can also be arranged.

A €200 cash "good housekeeping" deposit (payable on arrival) will be required from guests against damage and cleaning. Provided the house is left in a clean and satisfactory condition this will be refunded (less electrical costs and breakages) within 1 week of departure.

Good quality bed linen is supplied.


High Season: July and August £525 per week/€620 per week

Mid Season: September, October, April, May and June including Christmas, New Year and Easter
£375 per week/€450 per week

Low Season: November to March, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter £225 per week/€270 per week.

“Ça M’ira” is reserved for non smokers and we regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
